When I first began training immunic masters, I made one of the most startling discoveries of my life. I discovered that almost everyone I knew was in a virtual war with the organs of their physical body.

There were two things I found shocking: the extent of the animosity, and the literalness of it.

In this skill you will discover how to instantly bring an organ back.

Everybody knows not to make a decision when they're under stress. And everybody makes decisions when they're under stress. For most people it can't be avoided. For you, now, it can.

Obviously your simplest initial approach to ending stress when you have to make a decision is to get a signal on something like, "I'm now going to my most stress-free state" Bang! Instant stress reduction. Beyond that, you will get a lot of mileage from scanning your decision-making process for stresses.

Yes, it's possible to remove all stresses intrinsic to your decision-making process. Then you'll at least have a decision-making process that's not ruining your life. Making decisions should be intrinsically fun, not intrinsically stressful.

OK, what beyond that? Well, you've got to study any particular decision for stressers. Most of them don't have to be there.

What about the ones you can't get rid of? You can simply learn to remove the stress. But there is something else that should be said here: Some decisions should not be made.

This may sound like I'm encouraging procrastination. I'm not. I'm encouraging perception. I'm encouraging you to hear, sense, feel what's there.

I'm encouraging you to walk away from stress. This is the most potent secret question I've got. You simply take whatever is bugging you and ask, "Should I be interacting with this at all?"

One more thing: to really have stress-free decision-making, you must start by being stress free. Which means in each moment, if you even suspect that there's a even slight bit of stress, you take it out right then and there, wherever you are, whatever you're doing.

This is the way to go.
