All the applications of Skill 1 train you in and enable you to perform direct, simple, immediate immunic actions that Harmonic masters agree are critical and urgent. These actions feel the best, are the easiest to master, produce instant, noticeable results, and enable dramatic and immediate improvement.
  

The effects of all of these actions are cumulative.

And the necessity of taking some of these actions decreases as their result builds. You don't have to do some of these things forever. At some point, certain ones become unnecessary.

You get well. Permanently.

But some of these immunic actions, though they are very simple, address the highest spiritual truth. You'll never stop doing them, at least not till you merge with God. They feel too good.

And no matter how advanced a soul you become, they are always beneficial. Each application is a powerful approach to immunity.
  

Attain even some proficiency with any six and you've arrived at Level 3 Harmonic mastery

Well, maybe you better test that for yourself now. Ask:

If I attain even some proficiency with any six, will I be at Level 3 Harmonic mastery?

You don't have cancer? Fine. Ask:

Can I remove someone else's?

Would that be good practice for me?

This will get you proficiency. By removing someone else's cancer, you will also get a wonderful feeling and remove bad things from yourself you didn't even know were there and don't even need to know were there.
  

You don't know anyone with cancer?

Let's test that. If you get a no, access anyone with cancer - let's say a stranger in a local hospital. Ask:

Can I do that?

And don't forget to ask the Harmonic:

Do I have cancer?

If you get a yes, don't panic. You can be picking up an underlying, subclinical condition. This is usual. Most people have these conditions. It's nothing to worry about.
  

Just be thankful that you're picking it up now, and you can do something about it before it takes shape in your physical body.

You're going to teach yourself how to remove it. And if you remove it, and keep it out, you aren't going to get it.
