If you've been experiencing some disappearance of your physical symptoms as you've removed disease from your non-physical bodies, you now know that the non-physical bodies, and the diseases that they can host, are real, and that those diseases can end up in the physical body at some point, if you live long enough -- even if you've NEVER BEEN MEDICALLY DIAGNOSED WITH OR SHOWN ANY SYMPTOMS of them.

So now you're going to check yourself for diseases that are hiding in your non-physical bodies, and remove them. And if you get a good feeling when you're doing this, you can assume that those diseases were generating the bad feeling that disappeared -- that is, that they were doing something to you, even if you didn't experience the classic symptoms of, let's say, smallpox.

So now check yourself for these diseases first by asking if the disease is  in any of your bodies, and then, if you find it there, doing the immunic actions you learned previously in this tutorial to remove it. OK?

• Flu
• Herpes
• Epstein-Barr
• Dengue th

Think of others to test for.  Each time you find one, go back to Remove It and Cure It and follow the steps you learned in those lessons.

Over the next few weeks, re-test frequently for the ones that you found, and for ones that you didn't find. Sometimes the ones you didn't find were able to effectively hide during your testing.  Diseases do that.
